    Hello, vitaliy711

*Other than the tools our guide instructed you to save there, I strongly recommend that you clean up this account's Desktop immediately leaving only shortcut links. [ C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Desktop ] Do not store downloads, exe files, iso files....etc on your Desktop. First it is not a safe place to keep them (i.e., you may loose them due to malware, and a cluttered Desktop is an easy hiding place for malware), and last but not least - it can have an effect on your PCs performance.

Question: Why is this on your desktop and why does it have a double file extension? winlogon.exe.exe
C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware.exe <--- this more properly should be in your "Downloads" folder.

    Step 1:
Please download TDSSKiller.exe and save it to your Desktop. <-Important!!!
    • Double-click on TDSSKiller.exe to run the tool for known TDSS variants.
Vista/Windows 7 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
    • If TDSSKiller does not run, try renaming it. To do this, right-click on TDSSKiller.exe, select Rename and give it a random name with the .com file extension (i.e. 123tdk.com).
    • Click the Start Scan button.
    • Allow the application to run if prompted by Windows or any security programs you have installed
    • Do not use the computer during the scan
    • It will start the scan and run rather quickly and will notify you of whether anything is found or not.
    • Follow the instructions to delete/quarantine if asks you what to do when if finds something.
    • Whether an infection is found or not, a log file should be created on your C: drive ( or whatever drive you boot from) in the root folder named something like TDSSKiller.2.4.17_27.12.2009_14.17.04_log.txt which is based on the program version # and date and time run. Please attach this log to your next reply. (See: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post )

    Step 2:
Please look in Add/Remove Programs (Programs and Features if using Vista or Windows 7) for the following and uninstall if found. If you get any errors just make a note and continue on.
    Step 3:
If you don't know these, delete them.
    C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Application Data\e6uywu85oii6v78sn67xgnp43buu
    C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Settings\temp\crAuWpjQ.exe.part

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

    Step 4:
Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Step 5:
Now we need to use ComboFix.
    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
      • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Make sure you have shut down all protection software (antivirus, antispyware, firewall...etc) programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix. *Remember to re-start them before coming back online.
    • If ComboFix tells you it needs to update to a new version, make sure you allow it to update.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text inside of the below code box into it (make sure you scroll all the way down in the code box to get all lines selected ):
    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
If it asks you to overide the previous file with the same name, click YES.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe
      http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/CFScriptB-4.gif
    • Follow the prompts.
    • When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\combofix.txt
    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

    Step 6:
Open CCleaner - select "Cleaner" > "Run Cleaner" <---use this function ONLY!

    Step 7:
Now install the latest Sun Java Runtime Environment

Please attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file to your next reply.

    * Make sure you tell me if you had any problems running this procedure; and answer this - "What malware problems are you still experiencing?"

The winlogon.exe.exe was a tool that another person asked to to download, it also generated a log. but i do not know why it is exe.exe

I ran TDDSKiller, and it seemed to work fine and it created a log which is attached.

I then removed the two programs that you told me to.
I also deleted those two files that you listed.

Ran MGtools, combofix, and Cleaner, and i also installed the new Sun Java program.

Right now i don't seem to be experiencing any malware or virus problems! So can i remove the programs and tools that the guide told me to download, and just leave a antivirus program like avira?

    Thanks!

Delete all files and subfolders in the below folders except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).
    C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Settings\temp
Please review our suggestions given in the last link at the bottom of this post - you need more than just an anti-virus for proper protection.
