Logs attached - Slow Toshiba Notebook with constant running CPU fan

    I was given a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4064 notebook to look at and tune-up because it is running slow. This user tends to avoid maintenance and uses IE as the primary browser. It has McAfee on it that I don't use or like but luckily it only has 3 months left on subscription. I tend to use AVG Free AV & ZoneAlarm Free Firewall in tandem and never have issues with my machines. I have performed the steps in the guide and attached the logs. Just need to know if there is anything obvious the needs to be removed. Machine is sluggish and slow booting with a rather noticeable high CPU fan that should quiet down at idle. I have owned and used several Toshibas and this machine's behavior is not normal. Machine is used primarily for light office tasks and web surfing. I show approx 74-78 processes in Task Manager. Though this is high for most machines it is a Toshiba and loads proprietary processes when windows starts for all of it's "features". I just want to know if there is anything running that really shouldn't. Thanks in advance.

    That's good. We have less problems with IE than with other browsers.

    Probably the single largest cause of the slow PC. There is no malware to remove.

    What I would use/need and what you would use/need versus what the end user will use/need are three different things. Thus it is not always so straight forward to simple say don't use x, y or z. ;) And it is not really a topic for the malware forum because it is not malware and it is subjective. However that being said, off the top of my head, I would not allow any of the below to load. You will have to figure whether the owner really needs these
    For example, do they really use AOL to connect? If they do, they will have to keep AOL's junk. But the Google services are really not necessary. I kill this junk and remove all this unnecessary stuff from Google.
