    Welcome to Major Geeks!

You need to attach the log from MGtools that was requested. This is the C:\MGlogs.zip file. Also it would be helpful if you explained what problems you are cuyrrently still having (if any).

You still forgot to tell me what problems you are having.

Before we can get started on removing any remaining malware issues, you have a few other major things to take care of.
    • you have multiple security suites installed ( McAfee & Verizon's Radial Point) and leftovers from a 3rd (Symantec). This results in multiple antivirus program and multiple firewalls. You need to uninstall all remaining items from Symantec and then chose whether you want McAee or Verizons software. Then uninstall the one you do not want. The installed items I see from Symantec are the below. The first may not appear in Add/Remove Programs.
      • Symantec KB-DocID:2003093015493306
      • Symantec Network Drivers Update
    • I see Ewido Anti-Malware which was discontinued long ago and you also have Spyware Doctor 6 installed. Is Spyware Doctor a paid program or a free trial? If free, uninstall it now.
    • You need to uninstall Viewpoint Media Player as requested in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME.
    • Uninstall the below old Sun Java versions as requested in the READ & RUN ME
      • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
      • Java(TM) 6 Update 2
      • Java(TM) 6 Update 5
Do you know what the below folder is for? If not, tell me what you see in this folder:
    Code:
    "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\"
    LOLSFGNI Sep 8 2008 "lolsfgni"
After doing all of the above (make sure you answer questions), run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip

We will get to this later.

Yes it was discontinued. You did not answer my question about Spyware Doctor and you need to attach a new MGlogs.zip file as requested after doing everything requested.
