long story <_<

It started yesterday with a win32.ramnita virus
before doing any research while my eset scan was going nuts I thought I was clever by deleting stuff in the temp and temp file folder where majority of it was found .( obviously didnt work) I found this site and instead of asking for help I followed by example and ran the eset online scanner like 5 times. This god rid of the ramnit.a BUT .... a new contender appeared bamnital.eq trojan that got inside the windows folder( exploerer.exe , win32/logon.exe are the ones I can remember). I disabled system restore and scanned with eset with my internet off and gave me the option to "execute" 4 things which were in the windows folder. it asked me to reboot and now its stuck on a loop.I tried safe mode , avg, last known config , debugging,boot logging .


soo.... what are the options I can do? Game Over(reformat)? Is there a way to scavenge some files back without transfer of the virus?

edit: I also can't find the software cd thing
