looking for 3rd party software to take place of WinXP task scheduler

I'm wanting to get all my utilities onto some kind of automated schedule. I've tried Task Scheduler as part of XP but you have to use a logon to use that program. I downloaded "tweak UI" to bypass the logon with that prorams autologon feature and have had nothing but trouble.
I run several anti-virus and spyware programs on a daily basis, a backup 2 X weekly and Register mech. after backup. then I have disc cleanup and disc defrag scheduled 1 x monthly. I'd like the computer to come on automatically during the night and conduct all these utility programs. I don't want a logon requirement.
any help with some software suggestions would be much appreciated.
