Looking for a few apps

I have been looking for 2 apps for some time now and I can't seem to find them.

The 1st program is one that enhances Windows XP with Media Center functionality.

The 2nd program is a small application that allows you to perform a few functions like: register DLLs, OCX, VB, etc.. I'm not exactly positive what else the program did, I forget.

Anyways, hopefully someone will recognize what I am describing. I will try to think of more details but I gotta run for now. Thanks....

There is an application that I have installed on Windows XP PCs that offers Media Center Edition (MCE) functionality. I can't really think of any more descriptions than this.
