Looking for a game

I used to play this game a few years ago with my little brother and now I'm trying to find it again. It's one you download and then play online with. I've been told it is like pocket tanks or something like that. It's where you have little men that sit in cars/spaceships with different powers and you shoot things to destroy the land that your opponent is sitting on.

It's on the tip of my tongue, I just can't get it! GAH! And I'm at work and bored and so I totally need it, lol.

Any ideas???
