Looking For a Good Anti-Virus

I need some thing that picks them up and not Bloated like AVG.I tried Comodo does not do well crap I all ready have Malwarebytes (Pro) version and was looking for a Anti-Virus.I Very Rarely get a Virus as is.I keep my Computer Well Cleaned of Spy ware and other stuff like Junk files.The really only other stuff i use is CCleaner and Advance System Care witch Both really do a great job at keeping my computer at top speed.Trying too find a Anti-Virus that is not Over Bloated and that is not Ad's Supported.Ad's Just get on my Nerves.AVG is now ad's supported last time i checked.

No ads, no bloat, false positives aren't an issue as they are with Avast.

 

BitDefender 2009 seems too work good

 

I prefer Avast!, no more bloat than MSE (actually smaller last time I checked), just as lightweight, often faster reacting to threats, updates on boot are usually much smaller (very important for mobile users), very similar false positive rates IMO, and it's much more configurable.

 

Do not want to highjack the thread but just wanted to say welcome back satrow. Has been a long time.

 

I used Avast! for a while, I liked it but I seemed to have an issue with false positives coming up fairly often. Mind you, this is a couple years ago so things might have changed. Once MSE came out, I switched over and I've had no issues. Like satrow said, MSE is very basic and very little configuration ability. I find MSE to be the only choice for people that are not tech savy. If MSE needs any user interaction, its literally as simple as telling them to "click the big button"
