Looking for a new anime to watch????????

I liked watching the following Anime


CowBoy Bebop---------> Favorite.
Samurai Champloo--------> Awsome in it's own right.

FullMetal Alchemist----> To a less extent.

 

I don't know of an anim series,I really liked watching 'The Animatrix' though.

I don't usually go for anim but it gave me a nice surprise,I love anything to do with the matrix world.

no LauraR, it's not more than that. it IS cartoon comic books or movies. i don't get the appeal, but plenty of people like anime comics & movies. just personal taste.

old cartoon show "Speed Racer" is an example of anime.

 

Animation?:-D Yeah cartoons but adult cartoons usually made in Japan,the people that charge $20 I think are people who draw cartoon versions of people,so you upload a picture of yourself and they create a cartoon version of your for an avatar.

 

Lots of pink and a huge hammer,the mind boggles-D

 

I never saw the Ghost series but I liked the movies.

Released some time ago, but still pretty cool to watch.

 

Holly cow, I just got done watching "Afro Samurai," very, very decent anime. To let everyone know, there is a 5 episode series before the movie, timeline is set up just right. And all the same voices and quality stays the same through out, so your not watching one high quality and one poor quality. You pretty much know if your gonna like the entire series or not from the first episode, because they all have the same quality.

 

Princess Mononoke - pretty good one I saw big in high school.

Well I just got done watching Ergo Proxy and I must say I am impressed. This is a sad anime filled with blood, guts, and tears. I do believe though that the original writer probably had this show a tad bit longer. As you watch this 23 episode series you realize it should have been closer to 46 or something. There are some episodes that are perfect length with just the right amount of info to support the story, then others are jam packed with too much information too fast. So I imagine budgeting played a part in the limited episodes. But other than that I liked it very much.

Anime: Litterally the animated adaptations of Manga. Sometimes it does go the other way though.

And the commissions typically take the form of a large poster, rather than just the digital drawing, so you can hang it on the wall. Either that, or it's a much higher resolution given to the commissioner if it's purely digital.
