Looking for a program

I've been poking around on here and have been unable to find anything like what I'm looking for.. What I'm trying to find is this:
A Windows Vista Compatible program, that will take a picture of IE(Or whatever is on the screen) at a timed interval. I'm asking because I wish to know what my computer is used for, since I have many family members I let on here.

 

can't you use the IE history or keylogging software for that purpose?

 

I've tried history; but I think it's being cleared - And every keylogger I've tried has been killed by my Virus Scanner.. can you recommend one?

 

The situation is a little.. complicated. Access is already under filters, and on a limited account - What I'm mainly concerned with is subject matter in messages. Can you at least point me to somewhere with a decent Keylogging software?

It is shareware, but came with a trial offer, used it for a month about a year ago, only needed to tell it not to show the task bar Icon, I made screenshots black and white to save disk space. It also had a key logger. The Internet Security software I used at the time flagged it as spyware during a system scan. Used on XP but says Win All, imagine it will work on Vista.
