I live in the middle of nowhere and use AOL dial up. I have used this without problems for the past 9 years. However, suddenly my AOL kept crashing giving me a AC-1502 error. After being back and forth with AOL and getting nowhere. I uninstalled AOL off my pc and reinstalled. Now when I sign online my cpu jumps to 100% and I am getting a AC-3000 error or it tells me Response from service delayed.
What I want to know is, are these problems mostly likely an AOL issue or could it be an issue with my pc?
    Thank you for any advice.

to isolate where the problem is coming from you could connect another computer to your dial-up connection check if you will still encounter the problem.. if not this might be a problem on the computer but if still experience the problem it might be on the connection w/ your dsl line.
