   Computer Acolyte Private First Class

   That allows you to create page templates that you later fill and convert to a page. Does anyone here knows of one?

   you can do this with any text editor really. Just write your page template up and save it as an html file.. when you want to use that template.. just load it up and save it as a file in your current project..
