Looking for firmware for my WANSCAM

So I bought this really nice outdoor camera by a company named WANSCAM. The thing works great, for about 2-3 hours, then it stops showing up in my ip camera list, and I can't connect to it. The only thing I can do is recycle the power, then it works perfectly for a few hours. I tried going to the manufacturers site, Chinese of course, for firmware, and there's nothing to be found. I sent an email to their support site, but I'm not holding my breath. The companies name is Shenzhen Qianguan Technologies LTD. Any ideas??

 

Well for one, this is a wireless ip camera, although it would be wired with a cat5 cable.

But as luck would have it, it's been working like a champ since day 2. I don't know if it's because I relocated the network extender literally 12" away from the camera on the inside of the house or what, but it's been working perfectly. I thought it might have been the bad weather, but we had more bad weather since and still it's been working flawlessly.

On a side note, I did, in the beginning, have some aluminum baking pans in-between the camera and the network extender. That might have interfered with the signal. I put them in a cabinet and haven't had a problem.
