Looking for help, Please! system32\jkhfg.exe error

Hello everyone I've been having some problems w/ my computer. When turning it on it it's loads the desktop and a black box pops up w/ an error saying something about not being able to load c:\windows\system32\jkhfg.exe. My computer is just running very very slow and sometimes my desktop icons are completely gone. I've been doing some searching and things like vudno virus have popped up. I'm not all that computer savvy so any information to get my system working again would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
