Looking for help!!!

    I'm Betsy and I'm wired-out (of my comp. that is)!

    Okay trying to figure this thing out. We've used Major Geeks everytime we've had a problem. Guess what, another problem. How do I get help before Dell recommends I reinstall my operating system? Do I need to go to the specific topic area to post a new thread?

    Yes, try and describe it in a bit more detail as well. Not sure what wired-out menas, for example :) I would try hardware or software forum and I will look for you in there :)

    If you have an issue with software post in there. If it is hardware post in there.

    If you are not sure post it somewhere, it will get sorted. :)
