looking for hypertech info

    I have a hypertech power programmer for my truck. bought it off ebay...got screwed by seller...the thing was vin locked...hypertech will flash the thing...for twenty bucks less than buying it new, plus shipping both ways...
    I am looking for someone who knows how to re-program these things.
