Looking for list sorting software

I am looking for a program or even a website that lets you make a list using a drag and drop feature. For instance, if I want to rank the top 20 TV shows, I want to be able to input all of their names and then rearrange them by dragging and dropping, then save the list. I can't seem to find anything like this for the life of me. It makes ranking things so much easier if you can rearrange them easily. Thanks!

 

You can do this within MS Excel (or its equivalent OpenOffice: http://www.majorgeeks.com/OpenOffice.org_For_Windows_d3461.html). A variety of lists and different ranking systems can be created and the use of pivot tables allow you to switch beyween different data structures, organisations and views.
