Looking for software freeware

Fairly new here!
A few years ago I had a nice suite of simple cmd. line utilities that let you draw lines, squares, boxes. strings, etc in DOS
It was called Treacle Utiliies tufiles.zip
ive done an exhaustive search for this and can only find one site that holds it.

Unfortunately the site is found but will not answer the search engine.
if anyone has got a copy of this or knows where I can get a copy or simple equivalent I would appreciate contact.

It has freeware utilities and they are all rated and updated regularly. I have found amazing programs on here. If you give them your email address, you'll get the next 30 or so. No worries, it's not spam. I've done it and I only received that email.

I think I read that this was the last site that held this particular software and that the creater was no longer in existence.
So it looks liuke an alternative may be in order.
