Looking for some help.

I let my cousin use my computer today while i was at work and came home to more problems than i have ever had. i ran virus scans (full definition updated) and adaware. i think i fixed alot of it, but some remain. The one i can identify is SpywareNo

I cannot seem to get rid of it, and the files it usually uses that everyone tells me to look for don't seem to be there.

Adaware found SpywareNo, and i'm getting it's 'your computer is infected messeges every 30 seconds or so.

My other problems might stem from that alone, but my desktop is crippled to have the basic background color, and cannot be changed to any image background...
