   Basically as the title says,I have been looking for a program to remember the folders I have open when I shut down my computer.I do have the option ticked so windows does this but it is hit and miss like things such as a power outage it will not restore them.Does anyone by chance know of a program that can accomplish this feat or am I looking at something like a batch file for this.
