Looking for "surveillence" software

The word "surveillence" is a bit misleading but I couldn't think of a better word. I have a client who is worried that her employees are doing things on 'company time' on the company PCs that they should not be doing (MySpace-ing; Tweeting; Facebook-ing; etc). I'm looking for some software that a total noob could install that will secretly monitor and log the activities on each PC in the office. It has to be 100% transparent and invisible, and it must be secure to where only the person that set it up (my client) can access and view the logs. I'm not sure how many workstations are involved, but I'm assuming about 10 or 15. Cost is not really an issue (of course if there's some great freeware, it will be considered). It is important that the software is EASY to deploy, configure, and use, and it MUST be 100% invisible and undetectable by the people using the workstations (keep in mind, the employees being monitored are probably noob-to-average PC people, so it probably won't be too hard to "hide" the monitoring software).

    THANKS!!!!

Its hard to say which one will not get flagged by the AV they are running, that is why I prefer hardware keyloggers. Check thinkgeek.

Why not just add all the websites that you want banned to the hosts file? There is software out there to monitor other computers, but it does not record activity, only lets you view what is going on the desktop.

As a start, inform the employees that she will be monitoring the computer activity during the working hours. She is paying them to work and they are using equipment not owned by them (I assume), not web surf, download things or tweet. She does have the right to do this. It is her office, her company, her equipment and her money paying for the internet connection.
She might not need to install anything immediately. If employees think they are being monitored, they might stop some of the activity they know is not work related.
