Looking for tech support parody from a few years back

I'm looking for a parody video I saw a few years back that was of a tech support guy who gets calls asking for things like rebooting the internet, restarting the servers etc. All people from within the company acting like they knew what they were talking about but giving wrong info and hes polite but annoyed and just playing a game (halo I think?) while fiedling the call. He finally does what they ask but its obviously the wrong thing to do. The video was somewhat long if I recall. Anyone know what I am looking for and have a link? I think it was animated
