Looking for "timer" software

Hey guys. I am just looking for a timer so I can set my laptop to beep at me when my 10 minute break from work is over. Anyone know where I can get something like this?

Instead of installing a program then you can write it yourself

1. Start Notepad and paste the following text

@ECHO Waiting 600 secs (10 Minutes)
@PING localhost -n 600 -w 10 > NUL
@start %windir%/media/ringin.wav
@ECHO Done waiting (Press any key to continue)
@PAUSE > NUL

2. Save the file on your desktop as Timer.cmd (No txt extension)

Whenever you are going on a break then just double-click Timer.cmd

If you want to change the sound played just change the ringin.wav with something else.
