Looks like I am having a problem with Skitodayplease, 88.80.7.66 and doginhispen

from time to time (often enought that it's very anoying) what ever program window I am using will become not my active window. After this was going on for about 2 weeks I hit Alt + Tab to see what I was being switched to and found that a webpage was attempting to load from one of the following 3 domains (Skitodayplease 88.80.7.66 doginhispen) after doing some digging on the internet I found that this looks to be a bad thing.
I have followed the instructions on this site and still have the problm. Attached are all the logs asked for in the Do this first posts

Please help me fix this i am at a stand still and don't know what to do.

 

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. I have managed to get this issue resolved since I made tis post. I bit the bullet so to speek and formated my drive and re installed all my programs. If anything comes back up (I'm hoping it won't) I'll take a new set of logs and start a new post here. Once again thank you for responding, have a good one.
