   I think that I have some malware haunting my laptop but I'm not sure. Please let me know if you see anything. I have followed the steps listed on the FAQ and attached the logs. Thanks in advance!

   I'm not seeing any active malware. Are you actually having problems?
   
   I do see some left overs in one your Temp folders that should be cleaned up. Thus do the below.
   
   Delete all files in the below folder except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).
   C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Local\Temp
