lop.com online casino, cellphone ringtones, anti virus updates, spyware problems :'/

Im keep having these reoccurring items being placed on my desktop nomatter how many different kinds of anti-spyware programs i use. They all tell me its lop.com that places these on my desktop and slows my computer down- especially my internet. Please help me!! im almost to the point of just reformatting

Also, you can see the domains like www.qxadfqidiaiizxcixzixxi.com etc, they make themselves my home page in both IE and Firefox.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Please follow the steps below:

- The root of your problems are from installing Messenger Plus which I still see in your log. You must goto Add/Remove programs and uninstall any version of Messenger Plus you have installed.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
