My hard drive has been losing memory very quickly. I keep getting the warning saying my space is critically low. I moved everything I had to a different drive and it is still doing it. So I ran a several scans from Malware Bytes, Superantispyware, Avast! and also ran Ccleaner and fixed registry issues with it. My computer never found anything unless I was disconnected from the internet and ran a thorough scan. Avast! finally found 3 things of Win32:Alureon-LU saying it was high risk and a memory blocker. When I tried to delete it or move to chest...the apply button wouldn't work. Avast! wouldn't let me do anything about what I found.

I had to delete Avast! to have enough space to run MGtools and get the logs. Can anyone here help me? Is there a program to actually detect and remove this or does it have to be done manually. Avast! wouldn't give me the location of the trojans. I did the Read and Run but the quick scan in MalwareBytes found nothing.

I will post my logs here.

There was a second RKReport log so I thought I would post it to see if this helps anyone help me.

    Thanks in advance!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Free disk space.... not memory. ;)

This is not a malware problem. Your C drive is basically just out of space and the operation system needs way more than you are freeing up to keep running. Your logs showed
    Code:
    Drive C:
    Size 63.46 GB (68,137,975,808 bytes)
Free Space 492.13 MB (516,030,464 bytes)
You cannot run like this. You need to keep at a minimum 6 to 8 GB free to allow Windows to run efficiently. Your C drive is just to small. Your F drive ( the 250 GB ) drive would have been a much better drive to have for your Windows boot drive.

Every time you reboot, or install updates, Windows creates restore points too and there can use up to a couple GB per restore point depending on how much needs to be saved. Your current restore points showing in your logs ( which are all quite old ) are using about 74 MB each and you have about 13 or 14 restore points. This is actually quite low by some peoples standards, but it is probably this low since you have such a small drive.
