Lost Mircosoft Word

    I had a virus and had to reinstall windows, when I did I lost Microsoft Word (not Office). I have a refurbished laptop with authentic Microsoft XP. I wanted to know if there is some way to get Microsoft Word back.

    Did you have a recovery CD/DVD for your system or a CD/DVD for MS Word or any backups? or was your version of MS Word downloaded from an on-line shop? How was MS Word installed on your original laptop?

    If you have your original harddrive you may be able to recover details off from that or was this re-used re-formatting and/or "reinstalling"?
