Lost MS Office Shortcut Bar

    I was running MS Office Pro 2002 SP3 and had the Office Shortcut Bar implemented.

    I installed MS Office Pro 2003 SP2 and no longer have the Office Shortcut Bar. The Shortcut Bar folder is still there but no shortcut bar.

    How do I get it back? I have tried reinstalling Office Pro 2003 but it didn;t help.

    Office 2003 does not have the Office Shortcut Bar.
