I "ping" the wireless connection at the local Starbucks in the Marriot hotel. I send 10 (ten) Pings and get between 30% and 70% LOSS. I have multiple problems regarding page loading and data downloads. What should I tell the local "engineer"/"expert" to accomplish repair to this system? Any suggestion will be appreciated. OH! and they do have a T-3 connection!!! Speed is no problem, whatsoever.

There is no "local" person that handles these companies. It is usually a company that maintains the system, and personally I would not worry about it, since they may have purposely made the system slower than normal, to keep Leaches off.

As for a T3, I know of neither one would utilize that wide of a pipe for public Internet.
