lost toolbar

The toolbar that had the view, back arrow button and I can't remember the rest of the buttons has disappeared.

If someone can give me some help on how to find and restore it I would be appreciative.

I assume this is in IE/firefox/chrome/safari/opera?

 

Yes, I am using firefox. Also my ie toolbar is missing.
Have tried every thing than I can think of, no luck.

 

You didn't state what you tried so we have to ask or guess what you tried.

As what FF is concerned, did you go into Safe Mode yet and put a check in the Reset Toolbars and Controls box? (see pic)

I went to ie and got the toolbar back which works ok at this point.
I had tried the f11 but nothing happened.
I don't seem to have the firefox bar but thats ok with me.
