Lots of BSOD's, Minidump attached

Just bought this computer back in October, having alot of issues. Please help me if you can. When ever I try to view website it works fine for a while sometimes days, then it will crash on me with a BSOD. Ill try again and sometimes do a system repair or restore and it goes away for a while. Well today it has done it like 5 times and I now think that I should seek help out on it.

I have:
Windows 7 Premium 64 bit

I tried to remember as much of the info as I could on the BSOD:
Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

and file of error was:
tcpip.sys

A couple of them are related to a driver (KmxAMRT.sys) by Computer Associates. Do you have their Antivirus program installed?

You may try uninstalling CA AV temporarily to see if that was the problem.

 

I'd also consider uninstalling the ManyCam software - ManyCam_x64.sys, to see if that is the real cause of the crashes.
