Lots of Hooks

This computer was a public access computer and heavily used at my smoothie shop. I ran all the 'Run first' malware remover programs and came up with a lot of hooks through Root Repeal that I have no idea of how to get rid of. I'm kind of a newb and I've recently been diagnosed with something heavy (meds) so forgive me if I make a mistake. :-o I want to have this set up for my wife.
