Lot's of viruses and spyware and malware

Hi! Recently I have encountered a few problems with my laptop. I have been on
a website called retro something something and as soon as I exited the site I have had lots of pop-ups from avg saying found virus in system32 etc etc. There is about 48 viruses from this site and they are trojan horsers and virus lops. Win patrol has also came up with saying new startup programs found by Scotty. There was a new startup program called something 1281oinunistaller that had never been there before. Also there has been a add-on installed on Internet Explorer called xxywwtq.dll. It is not my laptop so im worried. Any help
