lsmaker decision help me plz

i found a really cool lightsaber animation program online called lsmaker. trouble is my parents wont let me download it because its from hungary (the site is a .hu). I really want the program! my best friend has had it for over a week now, and nothing has happened to his computer. he has scanned it twice, and it has been scanned again by our email system, and i would scan it again as well. nothing has come up in the scans, and the program works, so i doubt that it would have anything embedded in it. apparently, though, hungary is really dangerous for viruses because it doesnt have any protection. does anyone here think that the program is safe? whats your advice, should I download it? help me please!
