Mail Merge Recipient List

    Im using Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003. Brand New Computer from Dell.

    I cant edit the Mail Merge recipient list from Word. I open the window and the edit button is dimmed out. I am getting my data from a Access MDB file.

    Please help Im pulling my hair out.
