Mail Wont Let Me Use Hot Links

I Just Installed Internet Exploer 6.o And The Outlook Express 6.0 . And When A Hot Link Is In My E Mail To Connect To A Web Site I Try It But It Want Go Any Where. I Click On It The Bar Above Turns Blue But Nothing Happens.the Modem Dont Light Up . I Have Windows 2000 Proffectional What Can I Do To Make It Work ? And Thanks For The Help And Answers I Have I Have Got On This Form.about Other Things I Put Up Here.

 

try this
go to start..run.. type

REGSVR32.EXE URLMON.DLL
hit enter

if that doesn't work do this
REGSVR32.EXE MSHTML.DLL
