Mailing a spreadsheet to the contacts in my address book

    WOuld anyone be able to help with this one,

    Trying to mail an excel spreadsheet,
    The spreadsheet is open and when you click on the mail tab to send as a mail attachment it brings up the address book, when I try to access the contacts list it does not appear, but there are contacts in the list.

    Any ideas,

    I just tried this as its easier to try thinks out, than just second guess.

    When I click the email icon in Excel it comes up with a group of boxes exactly like the email From: To: CC: and Subject: boxes

    next to the To: box is a small addy book icon ... I clicked that to get my contacts list up and picked a few out of that to send a dummy Excel sheet to ( oh theyre going to be pleased :D ) once I filled in the subject heading I then clicked Send this Sheet and off it went on its merry way.

    ( IF you click the Addy book icon next to the Check Names icon then it doesnt add your contacts to the email TO List )


    If that wont work for some reason NEXT best help I can give is to save the sheet and use OE to send it as an Attachment.
