Looks like an interesting updater, something I could use ... if it works.

I've installed it and it told me that 147 apps of the 155 on my computer need to be updated... I was surprised as many of those apps are on Patch My PC and/or on WingetUI and are up to date according to both. So disregarding that, I updated all of the 147 apps ... didn't take long, thankfully and no input was required by me. I refreshed the application and ran it again to see if it missed anything. Guess what. All 147 applications still needed updating according to your app.

Two possibilities ... 1. Your app isn't working properly ... or 2. I am doing something wrong.
