Major, HELP!!!!

Hi Major,
I desperately need your help. I am pretty sure my computer has been compromised. I have HijackThis and have run it but I am not sure what is bad or not.... could you, would you please please help me out??? I can't even run my virus protection (AVG.net) b/c it keeps failing. Something is wrong. It always worked before!!! I also have AdwareAlert and Syserac XP, Registrysmart and Spysweeper. I am listing the log below... if you see anything suspicious, would you please email me??? I am begging you in all your wisdom oh white hat to help me..... I understand you to be the man for the job and your reputation precedes you....I appreciate any help you can offer. And if you don't see anything bad, could you maybe help me figure out why I can't download updates or properly run my virus protection (AVG) anymore? I fear AVG.exe may have been listed on my previous sweep w/ Adware, but it never added it to executable files before and I reinstalled those that were quarantined just in case....no way Jose...it didn't help. Help me Obe Wan....

ok. i downloaded all of this and i still can't update my avg... i tried downloading it again and it says it can't connect to the grisoft server and gives the address but the same software updates on my dad's computer just fine??
i dunno. the spyware software was great!! it removed alot of "stuff" though i have no idea what it was...hope i didn't need it!! the last time i did something like that, i was unable to use my "pointer" on my laptop to scroll on the pad. i have to go over to the side to do it. a minor inconvenience..i just wish i knew as much as you guys so i could fix all of this!! thank you soooo much for any help you can offer.
also, there were about 5 logs under the mg logs. i only attached 2 of them and i attached the combofix log.

sorry i'm just now getting back... i've had finals all week. i did a search for MGLogs and all i come up w/ is the .zip file and it lists:
hijackthis.log
runkeys.txt
newfiles.txt
procdll.txt
getunkey.txt
i ran MGTools c:\mgtools and it opened a large file of various things but no "readme."
when i searched readme i found a lot of stuff!!!!!!!! i didn't see MGLogs listed anywhere, though. am i doing it wrong??
i think i attached hijackthis.txt and procdll.txt to the last post. i am attaching the other three. thank you again so much for taking the time to help me. i really don't like not having anti virus protection and i don't know anyone who knows about computers....not to mention i'm a broke college student!!

Go to the READ ME, download MGTools.exe and run it. Once ran, it will create a file named "C:\MGLogs.zip". This will include the following files:

• HijackThis Log
• GetUnKey Log
• ShowNew Log
• GetRunKey Log
• ProcDLL Log

I need you to attach the C:\MGLogs.zip file as one attachment instead of attaching them individually. I can even see the file in your newfiles.txt log so we know it was created.

 

Please don't get tired of me..... I can't figure out how to get to the Read Me to get the MGLog. I ran a search and found a lot of Read Me's none updated after July 2007. Could you tell me how to get there to download MGLogs? I am so sorry.... I know this is frustrating to you. Thanks again! I really appreciate your time and patience so much..you don't even know!!
