Major Issues

Hi i'm sorry to bring this up again but im having major issues with my PC and this infection seems to be getting worse over time i understand an exception to bumping is when their is an infection like this. Since my last post my PC has COMPLETELY back tracked at some point the older virus's and malware came back in strength. It started by completeley shutting me out of not the entire internet but this website. more specifically this forum. I could access all parts of this site except for this forum. After that the virus locked me out of most websites with a security warning includng this website Im using my girlfriends laptop at this point. The malware popups returned and hijacked my background. once again i cannot open any applications without getting a open with what file request. Security files cannot be found as well as any new downloads. I even tried running findy kill again with no success. When the computer reboots after scanning after findykill opens up my pc tells me the application cannot be executed because the file is infected. This seems to be beyond anything i'v read on this website and am wondering if i should simply try and re install windows as this seems to be too far gone and as time goes on more applications seem to be damaged.
