major malaware problems

    I am having a major problem with popups and toolbars. I deleted what I could from remove/add programs. It's driving me crazy and was wondering if anyone can help me PLEASE and thank you. I have a hijack this file if wanted posted and it is full of garbage but I do not know what to delete.
