It either comes up with an error or just wont do anything at all. My computer randomly crashes. It makes noises like im clicking the mouse when im not. It redirects anything i try to type into google. When i first get online it always pops up with a new window to google. Please help i need to rid my comp of this.

    Then you need to attach the logs that you do have. Otherwise how can we help you?

    Lets start with this:

    Please Disable Spybot's TeaTimer ---> as you were instructed to do in the R&R!

    * Run Spybot and click Mode
    * Select Advanced Mode.
    * Then click Tools and select Resident.
    * Now in the right window pane, uncheck TeaTimer.
    * Also while this is open, in the left column now select IE Tweaks
    * and then in the right pane make sure all the Miscellaneous locks are unchecked.
    * Now quit Spybot!

    Now put the MGTools.exe on the root drive as you were instructed to do:
    C:\MGTools.exe

    Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

    Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    NOTE: HJT may popup an error about the AppInit_DLLs line. Ignore it and click OK to continue.

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
    Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
    to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

    Now use windows explorer to find and delete:
    C:\1fcc2379d5f6651b39d3d3400b5426be
    C:\5c6dcfed3a9739470e56b39b64
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\13332504
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN29.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN2A.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\REN2B.tmp

    Now see if you can't run the other scans and attach those logs (SAS, MBAM, ComboFix).

    Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:

    * C:\MGlogs.zip

    Ok i tried to disable the tea timer, but i cant open spy bot. When i click on it it asks me what account i want to run it under and i do admin and it never pops up with anything after that. So i cant turn off the tea timer that way. I put MG tools on the root drive. I removed everything using hijack this that you told me to. I added the bold text to the registry. I also deleted the files you told me to delete. I still cant run SB s&s or anything else. Here are the logs from MG toos again.

    Are you referring to the hard drive? Have you tried doing any online scans? I am not seeing anything in your logs.

    Try this:
    go here and download SysClean:

    http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp

    You will need to download two additional files, one for viruses and the other for spyware. Instructions for which ones to download are found here:

    http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/readme.txt

    After running SysClean, attch the log from it.

    I have not tried any online scans. I dont know of any free ones. I downloaded and ran sysclean here are the logs for it. Oh and the clicking i think was internet explorer running in the background, but i think that scan deleted whatever that was.

    The log is reporting one item that it cant remove. It did remove three items in your IE folders.

    This one item is not showing in your MGLogs. So let's see if we can do this:

    Download The Avenger by Swandog469, and save it to your Desktop.

    * Extract+ avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop

    Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

    * Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
    * -Do not change any check box options!!
    * Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it into the Input script here: part of the window:

    * Now click the Execute button.
    * Click Yes to the prompt to confirm you want to execute.
    * Click Yes to the Reboot now? question that will appear when Avenger finishes running.
    * Your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    * A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt and it will popup for you to view when you login after reboot.

    Now see if you can run the other scanning tools. If so, attach the logs you can get from:
    SAS
    MBAM
    ComboFix.

    Now download the latest version of MGtools and save it to your root folder. Overwrite your previous MGtools.exe file with this one.

    Run the MGTools.exe and then attach the new logs for:
    * C:\Avenger.txt
    * C:\MGlogs.zip
