Major Problem half fixed still need help.

I Used Restorer 2000 pro to recovery my files out of that locked folder.. okay problem is the files in that locked folder are still taking up my space and wipe programs aren't taking care of it. The restorer program scaned my drive for all files and folders currently there and deleted. it was able to scan in that locked folder so i was able to recover my files. It said that the files inside the locked folder were cross-linked with it. so the folder thats locked , that windows says doesn't exist, and has no name but a line is cross linking files, have i got it right. so how to i delete this cross-linked file or is their a way or a program that allows me to get into cross-linked folders and delete the files with in it. all help is greatly appreciated.
