major problems- hjt log attached

Help! I have read and re-read the malware removal instructions and have been following it repeatedly for over 5 days. I also tried doing the quake ware removal method too. My problems started last week when I think I downloaded the quake virus- the web page I was viewing began shaking then my IE home page was changed and I was getting the pop up in the bottom left hand corner. Well, I seem to have taken care of all of those issue but I still cannot access any of my MSOffice files and the icon for my C: drive is just a little piece of paper (I'm not very computer savvy) and whenever I click the (C drive CounterSpy tries to install. In the midst of all this I tried to renew my Norton subscription, I was able to download it but I cant open it. I would appreciate it if someone would look at my HJT log and let me know what looks a little off. I have run all of the required scans and now I am at my wits end. BTW, this is my work computer (very small office, no IT dept.) and my boss has been very understanding but this is starting to fade. I also called in the Geek Squad last week and they worked on it for 2 1/2 hours and they still didn't fix it. I tried to get them back out but they are telling me a week. I can't wait that long
