Major Problems!

Hello everyone!
I have some serious issues with my pc and I hope you can help. It's an Emachine, has Windows XP, and up until recently was "protected" by McAfee which was a service provided by my ISP. I switched over to your free version of AVG a few days ago and I also use Ad-Aware, SpyBot S&D, a-Squared, CCleaner, and Malawarebytes' Anti-Malware. The trouble is that every new program I run finds more problems that can't be repaired. In spite of being cautious, I now have the Backdoor.IRCBot (thanks to my teenager), Trojan.Win32.Qhost, Virtumonde, and some other "nasties". I would be forever grateful if you could help me clean up this mess. (I was also wondering if doing a Full System Restore from discs would eliminate all of my problems?)
