Major Virus Problems... Requesting Help

Hey Guys,

Well I like to believe I'm fairly cautious with my computer when it comes to viruses as I havn't had any major issues for a couple of years. I'm a full time Web Developer and rarely use my PC for anything but work related (Atleast over the past 6-12 months).

I don't use P2P although limewire is installed. Wednesday around 4:30pm my computer absolutly got nailed with viruses coming from every direction. I openly admit it was my fault for downloading an iffy program and learned a valuable lesson.

They first knocked out my net, prevented programs to run (Such as calc.exe, command prompt, etc.), pop ups coming every 15 seconds and so on. A total mess for someone who needs this machine to meet strict deadlines (Such as tomorrow). I stayed at the office until 11pm Wednesday trying everything I could to get it fully functional. I got the Internet running and what I thought was some good progress. I continued working on it yesterday morning after following your guide and installing a half dozen spyware programs. It seemed like success, no more pop ups or anything. I ended up staying at the office until 9pm last night making up for lost time and completing a deadline.

However, today I decided to reboot the computer as I was going to load up several resource hogs for developing. After the reboot wham, backflashes all over again. Pop ups were coming (And are still coming) every minute or so. The spyware programs now detect a dozen or so viruses and I'm feeling like my only solution would be to format my C:

I just don't have the time to run bitdefender as it was taking upwards of 6-7 hours to run its scan. I have 30GB primary drive, 160GB slave (Soley for all of my development and is only using probably 15% of it). I'm sure my 250,000 files is the reason it's taking so long.

I've attached the HijackThis log as that is all I'm able to obtain right now.

Now that you know my life story, any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Please run the steps below and attach the logs from each scan. You have multiple infections so it will take a few steps but we can remove everything.

6: Online Virus And Trojan Scanning

Please run the below two online scanning tools and make sure you save and attach the logs later to any request for help that you post. From step 5 you should already be in safe mode but you will need to reconnect your cable now and possibly reboot and choose Safe Mode with Networking Support. If you cannot connect in safe mode for any reason (like dial-up users), run the online scanners in normal boot mode. You will need to use Internet Explorer to run these online scans.

*** MAKE SURE YOU RUN BITDEFENDER BEFORE PANDA ACTIVE SCAN ***

Bitdefender agree to the license and then select Scan. Once Bitdefender completes the scan:

Click-on Click here to view the report

When the window comes up with the report. Click File, Save As.... and then change the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)

Change the file name to something short like bdscan1.txt

Then save it to your Desktop or anywhere else you can find it to upload here as an attachment.

Post the bdscan1.txt file as an ATTACHMENT.

Panda ActiveScan It will only fix certain viruses and trojans. Most items found will not be fixed. When it finishes the scan click on See Report . Then in the next window click Save Report. The default report name is Activescan.txt. Just save it where you can find it so you can attach to your message when you begin a thread with a request for help.
