Have a question for the admins here. Any chance that the members here could post comments on any program listed here? I know we can rate them but i think it would be kewl to have the ability to add a comment about any programs listed, good or bad, to let others know a little bit more about what everyone thinks about them. If for some reason your unable to do that just let me know why you couldn't. Thanx for being such a kewl site all this time.....:major

I know I persoanally do not take user reviews too seriously as someone through their own not happy experience with an application could give it a bad review and sadly others will heed this as the truth, over trying the software themselves.

Some sites I know have user reviews, half of the replies are a joke and not at all serious comments as in a plus or minus for the software used, jsut a damm gripe when they cannot get it to work through user error.

Not a review as such but you can rate the applications, still not a good testiment to an application being good or bad.

When I do a daily listings of some of the latest programs, and updates, from the Major Geeks front page at www.majorgeeks.com, I occasionally list the members Ratings.

Usually when they are over 4.5 / 5, or 3 / 5 or below, to make any prospective user aware of the Ratings and hopefully lead them to consider whether to use the program, or not.

Very few bother to vote. So those that do must feel pretty strongly about the program, one way or the other, to make the effort. :cool
