Make your own Screensaver [pictures

Want some personal pix as screensaver pictures?

Apart from family photos, try scanning in your favourite DVD/CD covers and book covers. For books use the slip cover, if it has one. It is a lot thinner.

Two of my earlier attempts. Thumbnail is of a limited Edition of the movie "Giant" as an example. Another is of my XP "Bible". Unfortunately the XP book does not have a slipcover so is more difficult to scan

Hint: Trace around DVD or CD covers onto a white piece of paper and cut out the shape so that the DVD or CD will fit neatly inside it, with a white background.
