making a form

    i have a paper form that is filled out.I would like to make copieies of the form without the fields filled,then use the form.

    Don't see how this goes under Programming if i understood you correctly. Anyway, i guess you will have to scann the form in and then use some image editing software to clear the fields in the form manually.
